TGM Ridge

I’ve lived at TGM Ridge with my family for a year and it is hands-down the best apartment I’ve rented in Northern VA. Management and maintenance teams are excellent, helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We’ve had an especially positive experience with the property manager Faith and the leasing office staff. Any issues we bring up to management or maintenance are addressed fully and promptly. We’ve had no major problems with the apartment or the community and it has been a pleasant experience so far. We love the dog park, gym, plenty of parking, and proximity to shopping centers, parks, and highways 66 & 29. The apartment unit is spacious and recently renovated / modern. My favorite parts of living in a top floor apartment are the gorgeous view of the sunsets and grassy fields of the property, the privacy, and the quiet from being up away from the roads and traffic; it’s worth the hike up the stairs. It’s a clean and quiet community; it’s a great location; high quality and affordable for the area. Overall very happy with our experience here!

Toured this community last week, and WOW! Office staff was so friendly and helpful, and the amenities are the best I have ever seen! Not one, but TWO amazing fitness centers?! Met maintenance on the tour and they were so friendly! The tour of the model sold me! Not to mention the thought of sitting by the outside fireplace watching the game at the clubhouse!

Our stay at TGM Ridge Apartments in Manassas for the past 7+ years has been an absolute delight. The management team has consistently demonstrated their dedication to creating a positive living experience for all tenants. They are always available and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests or concerns that arise. We’ve had an especially positive experience with the community director Faith and the leasing office staff. Any issues we bring up to management or maintenance are addressed fully and promptly without any delays. The community itself is well-cared for, with beautiful landscaping and well-maintained common areas. The amenities offered are top-notch, providing great convenience and entertainment options for residents. The recent renovations to the apartments have enhanced the level of comfort during our stay. Throughout our 7+ year journey at TGM Ridge Apartments, the experience has been truly exceptional. We have been blessed with countless beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. The high-quality living experience, combined with the outstanding management team, makes this place a haven we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly fantastic place to call home.

Kind of disappointed that I have to give TGM Ridge 2 stars. I will like to say my time there was both pleasant and unbearable. I had nightmare neighbors. I will say that the staff in the office did try to rectify the situation several times on my behalf. And in all the complex it pretty nice. The maintenance is awesome. They do a good job of maintaining the complex and very fast at answering work requests. But I will stress that the area I was in started to deteriorate. People were leaving their trash at their doors, near stairs, everywhere but the trash can. We had a fire that could’ve been deadly because careless neighbors. The fire reached my daughter’s room and thank God for the brick exterior or it would’ve been bad. The fire was investigated but the culprit was never caught. Shopping carts left by the mailboxes. People not picking up after themselves. It just changed for me and it was no longer worth the rent I was paying. Here is the main issue: When I was resident here I was treated real nicely and professionally. Soon as put in my notice to leave the attitude change. I never received a bill of my charges and my deposit return was a joke. How can you send me a check without an invoice of the charges? That was real shady to me. Then I called there to request a copy and was told it was emailed to me. It wasn’t I checked all over my email. I requested a call back never received one. I understand that there may have been somethings that needed to be repaired in my apartment but normal wear and tear shouldn’t be deducted. And to add insult to injury I don’t even know what I was charged for. Changes my whole perspective of this complex.

Have lived here since the beginning of August. So far so good. No issues. Communicating with the leasing office was a breeze. Thanks to Jaisyn M, moving here was about as stress-free as you'd ever want to experience. He was patient while I took my time looking at about 3 different models in the community, and was quick to address any issues I had leading up to the day we signed the documents. If you are wondering about where in Manassas to move, consider these apartments. You will not be disappointed. It's a close 5 minutes to everything (shopping, dining, gas station, Costco, etc.,) and a quick 5 minute drive to 66. Oh, and as for the apartment. It's well maintained, well lit, and plenty of spacious parking. I have the wooded view from my bedroom, living room and den windows. Nothing but trees...love it!
